Digital Transformation: Tailored Applications

In collaboration with Wijs & Van Oostveen, we have developed several online client portals that play a crucial role in the digital transformation of their services. These portals not only offer investors comprehensive insights into their financial products, but also provide improved structure and increased security.

Clients can use the portals to communicate securely with their clients via a secure messaging box. Clients can then log in securely to view account information and their portfolio statement (position information). They can also access the statement of changes and consult various statements.

The portals offer client access to a wide range of financial services, including pension management, fund investments, and innovative investment opportunities.

Through these platforms, users can easily manage their financial status, make important decisions, and benefit from up-to-date insights and analysis, all within a secure and integrated digital environment.

From concepts to portals 💡

Together, we fully crystallised the functional requirements during several effective and fruitful (analysis) sessions. This resulted in a robust set of testable requirements, which formed the basis for the development of the software solutions yet to be developed. The various portals provide insight into the developments of the investments made by the clients. Building on the solid foundation, several key portals were realised:

JOUW Pensioen

This portal allows employees and self-employed people to track their pension accrual in an easy-to-understand way. Clients can log in to view their pension status, make forecasts, and edit personal data. JOUW Pensioen enables users to make important decisions about their pension accrual independently, supported by clear information and useful tools.

Wijs Beleggingsfondsen

Through the Wijs Investment Funds portal, clients can access their investments in the various funds of Wijs & Van Oostveen. This portal provides detailed insights into fund performance, transactions, and value developments. Investors can easily manage their portfolio and make strategic decisions, supported by up-to-date data and analysis.

Wijs Online

Wijs Online acts as the central digital platform for Wijs & Van Oostveen's various services. This portal provides a complete overview of all products and services purchased, and allows users to make transactions, manage documents and contact their advisor in a secure environment. The aim of Wijs Online is to provide clients with a seamless, integrated experience.

Trend Invest

Trend Invest focuses on innovative investment strategies that respond to global trends and market changes. Through this portal, investors can access exclusive investment opportunities, monitor their current positions and follow market analysis. Trend Invest offers the opportunity to respond to market developments in a proactive way, with a focus on growth and returns.

Advanced forms tool 📄

In addition to the client portals, we developed an advanced forms tool for Wijs & Van Oostveen that significantly optimises the way client data is collected and processed. This tool enables Wijs & Van Oostveen to collect, check and process information from their clients in a structured and efficient way, taking into account complex dependencies and various controls.

The forms tool offers extensive possibilities for customisation, where forms can be self-assembled using different types of blocks and fields. This enables uniform collection of data such as partner and address information or details for opening a new pension account. The flexibility of the tool allows Wijs & Van Oostveen to adapt the forms to specific requirements and ensures that they are portable and reliable, regardless of the application.

API, Integrations, EPI, iDeal 2.0 and legal compliance

A key aspect of the tool is the integration of advanced analytics, which gives Wijs & Van Oostveen insight into the form filling process. These analytics help optimise the client journey and client flow, by providing insight into how client navigate through the forms and where any bottlenecks are located.

In addition, the tool supports API links, enabling seamless integrations with external systems. This includes links to external calculation tools, such as the EPI engine, used for complex pension calculations but integration with iDEAL 2.0. Policy documents can also be uploaded, with these documents being scanned and validated, and end-user confirmations and checks.

The forms tool supports follow-up pages and content that depend on the data entered, and provides comprehensive validation rules to ensure that all information is correct and consistent. Dependencies within forms are managed automatically, minimising the risk of errors.

In addition, specific functions are built in to meet legal requirements, such as state pension checks and tax origin checks. The tool automatically generates reports to help monitor compliance and ensure client satisfaction.

All this was carefully designed and detailed in clear process flow diagrams, which were discussed in close cooperation with Wijs & Van Oostveen and laid down in a comprehensive plan of action. This plan served as the basis for the development of the software and ensures that the final tool perfectly matches the clients' needs.
