Make it beautiful
A Plone sprint is the best way to get work done in a short time. We take various people that are important to the project and put them in one location.
This week we welcome 30 sprinters to our office, the eight Four Digits and our frequent Seats2Meet guests. Up to 50 people on the office? Not a problem at all!
What is a Sprint?
The basic idea of a Plone Sprint is to get a large group of people together at one location and let them work for a week on Plone features. This makes it easier to communicate complex ideas and write complex code.

The topics defined for this sprint are
- Plone 5
- Restful API
- Plone Intranet All sprinters can join a group and the group will work on different sets of work to be done to create an end product. The main goal is: 'Make it beautiful'.
Why Sprint?
At a sprint you have direct contact with community members, as well as time to work on things. This can be small issues or big complex sub products like the new toolbar in Plone 5.

Four Digits 10th Anniversary
This year is Four Digits' 10th anniversary! We started small and are now able to organise sprints and conferences like the one in 2012 in Arnhem. We still use Plone a lot and are a big fan of the security model. Here's to Plone 5 and to the next ten years!
