As a guest at Efteling, the experience begins the moment you place your order. All orders placed via the website’s shopping cart are processed by Django-Oscar. With accurate order and payment processing, guests are already guaranteed the ultimate experience.
The online shopping cart offers an endless array of possibilities. For example, will the guest purchase a parking pass or not? Will they book a cabin with a crib and a cake upon arrival? It’s not possible to order a crib without booking a cabin. We’ve configured Django-Oscar so that all valid options are available and the experience is always maintained.
The Enchanting Experience
Not only tickets, but also season passes, cottages, or hotel stays are available online. Have you always wanted to sleep Hansel and Gretel-style or like a sultan in the Fata Morgana Suite? In the “My Efteling” area, you can see which orders have been placed. When processing an order, payment can be made in various ways: in advance, after the fact, at the door, by credit card, or in installments. Django-Oscar handles the verification and ensures the guest’s experience remains seamless.

Since booking cabins and tickets must always go smoothly, close collaboration is essential. Together with Efteling’s IT team, we align on the requirements and how to implement them within the ongoing sprints. Deliverables are thoroughly tested and verified to leave nothing to chance.
