From idea to a working prototype
We combine an understanding of the problem with technical expertise. The result is a concrete, working prototype that you can see and experience right away. No need to wait weeks. Development happens in real time, together with experts.
What is a Build Sprint?
A Build Sprint is an intensive half-day work session where a small team of experts sits down together. Everyone brings their knowledge of the problem, the context and the idea to the table. The experts bring technical depth, architectural experience, and tools to turn that idea into working software in real time. With AI-driven development tools and guidance from senior software engineers, development moves faster than ever. Quality and architectural decisions remain in human hands. The result is a functioning prototype, not a mockup.
Tangible results
No waiting weeks for a quote. Just something tangible right away.
Shared understanding
Developing together prevents misunderstandings later in the process.
Low barrier to entry
Quickly find out if an idea is technically feasible and how complex it really is.
Three steps to a prototype
How does it work?
Preparation
Before we begin, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire to clarify the core problem, the target audience, the desired functionality, and the constraints. This takes no more than an hour and ensures that the sprint itself is entirely focused on building, not on explaining. The more concrete the preparation, the further we’ll get in the sprint.
The sprint
After a brief discussion at the start of the session, a team of consultants and software engineers immediately begins developing live. You can observe, ask questions, and provide feedback. Agentic coding ensures that a working prototype is ready in just a few hours, bringing the core of the idea to life.
Delivery
The prototype is delivered along with a clear technical explanation of the choices made, the prototype’s limitations, and the logical next steps toward a production-ready version. The organisation leaves with a working concept and a concrete understanding of what it will cost to develop it further.
Who is a Build Sprint for?
This is a perfect fit when there’s a concrete idea. It’s ideal for testing technical feasibility before starting a larger project, especially for those who’d rather see something than read about it. This isn’t suitable if the problem isn’t yet clear, or for a non-binding exploratory session without prior preparation. It’s also important to realise that a prototype isn’t immediately production-ready.
Lots of potential
The first prototype was ready within a few hours. From that moment on, we stopped talking about ideas and started talking about solutions.
