Water boards face major societal challenges. Digital services must be accessible, data must be reliably available, and systems must continue to function securely. We develop custom software and digital platforms that help organisations such as the Rijnland Water Board, the Schieland and Krimpernerwaard Water Board, AQUON, the Brabantse Delta Water Board, and the Vallei en Veluwe Water Board tackle these challenges.
Through our collaboration with multiple Dutch water authorities, we understand the sector’s challenges—from digital services and the Woo to WCAG, BIO2, GIS, and complex data access.
That experience allows us to get to the heart of the matter faster, spend less time on explanations, and develop solutions that align with real-world practice. This way, you benefit not only from technical expertise but also from knowledge that has already been proven within the water sector.
Websites where residents and businesses can quickly find, understand, and take care of what they came for.
Software that reliably connects complex processes, data sources, and existing systems.
Structural management and ongoing development to ensure that digital environments remain secure, accessible, and technically sound.
A resident wants to take care of something, find information, or understand a process. An editor wants to be able to publish content independently. Employees need to be able to rely on up-to-date information and systems that work properly.
That’s why we don’t start with technology, but with the people and processes we’re building for. From there, we determine what’s needed to simplify service delivery and give the organisation control.
This could be a public website, but it could also be custom software for a complex internal process.
For Rijnland, Schieland, Brabantse Delta, and Vallei en Veluwe, we develop and manage websites that play a key role in public service delivery. We focus on accessibility, editorial freedom, secure integrations, and continuity.
For AQUON, we developed a custom Order Management System that digitized a large-scale and error-prone request process for water testing.
75,000 sampling locations, 2,400 possible analyses, 100,000 samples per year, 1.5 million analysis results
Different challenges, but the same guiding principle: understanding complex processes and translating them into software that works in practice.
For water authorities, accessibility and information security are not after-the-fact checks. We incorporate WCAG and security into design, development, testing, and management, and take BIO2 into account as the current regulatory framework for the government.
We build with Python, Django, and Wagtail: proven open-source technology that gives water authorities control over software, data, and further development without relying on proprietary licensing models.
We remain involved even after the system goes live. Through maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing development, we ensure that the software continues to meet new requirements and changing needs.
Digital services within the government require more than just good software. They require a solid foundation that complies with laws and regulations and continues to function reliably for years to come.

Django is a powerful Python web framework that allows you to develop secure, scalable, and well-structured web applications.
Wagtail is a user-friendly CMS built on Django, designed for flexible content management experiences and custom websites.
Every water authority has its own processes, systems, and users. That’s why we start by understanding the situation before we decide what to build.
We bring users, processes, data, and existing systems together and use that as a basis for making decisions about design, architecture, and integrations. During development, we continuously test functionality, accessibility, and security.
After going live, we remain responsible for management and further development.
Understand first. Then develop.
