What will you be doing?

As a Mid-Level Python Software Engineer, you’ll work on complex digital platforms and APIs within multidisciplinary teams of architects, software engineers, and strategists. You’ll actively contribute ideas on architecture, performance, and security, and build robust, scalable applications in Python using Django and Wagtail. You’ll translate client requirements into sustainable software solutions, optimize APIs, backends, and workflows, and work within sprints to deliver well-structured releases. In addition, you’ll contribute to open-source projects and actively share knowledge with colleagues—because at Four Digits, we don’t just build software; we build each other up.

You’ll join a team of 20+ highly skilled engineers, each with their own area of expertise. Because our portfolio is so diverse, you could find yourself working on new modules for our auction software or a portal for a client like Aquon. We’ve been active in open-source communities such as Django and Wagtail for years. In short: it’s never boring here.
